Composite is committed to respecting and supporting the communities in which it operates. It places a strong emphasis on working in collaboration with local organisations as it conducts operations and at the earliest possible stage of operations. The company plans operations around minimising disturbance from noise or visual effects and discusses at a local level how those may be managed.

Regarding land stewardship, Composite is committed to minimising its environmental impact and operating within local and national guidelines, in particular, those set out by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and local authorities.

Composite Energy looks for competitive local suppliers in its areas of operations and looks to run local operations currently employing most staff at our head office in Stirling.
